I have an LG smart TV that was my mother's. LG seems to have its own network. Some KBO (Korean baseball league) games are available. The one I watched yesterday seemed to be live with Korean commentators, no subtitles or dubbing. Right now (7:45 AM EDT) I'm in the 2nd inning of today's Lotte Giants vs NC Dinos game. The commentary is in English, but very stilted, and I am wondering whether some sort of machine translation is going on. One of the guys sounds more like a real person than the other. They have given us Korean names for themselves (?) but sound like one American and one artificial voice. In real life the game has ended. I wonder if the policy was to delay the broadcast and to generate the commentary in English.
